Cats with Shadow Weapons will be on when the server goes live.

About Quest Rates, Almost all quests are 1x Reward and 1x Drop Rate.

Only thing that's going to change is Drop Rates of Succubus Claws and the Ring and Necklace from Valley of Saints on the Noblesse Quest, Will be boosted to 2x. Also the chances of getting Moonstone Shards from Reagent Pouches will be increased to 50% instead of 30%.

There might be some more changes but most of them are endgame changes so we're not really in a rush to add them yet, Making sure all the lower lvl stuff is ready for live.
